On May 17th, Mr Tyler Froatz had his status hearing on charges stemming from his armed confrontation at the May 1st immigrant rights rally. A judge ordered him held-and set a next hearing date for June 20.

Froatz' lawyer did a reasonable job of arguing that the weapons cache recovered from his home in the May 2 police raid were "anitques" and part of a collection, but the judge was not fooled.
